¡Cuántas ganas tenía de visitar a mi amiga Yolanda Rojo en su Restaurante Pablo! Las galas y los encuentros gastronómicos se habían propiciado siempre fuera de León, y mi primera visita turística a la ciudad no podía tener mejor colofón que esta visita.
Pablo es un restaurante de calidad y mucho saber hacer, con un ritmo ágil y una sala estupendamente comandada por ella, al ritmo que dirige Juanjo Losada, su partenaire en cocina y en la vida.
Platos con historia, tradición en cada uno de sus bocados y territorio en la mesa, en una propuesta contemporánea y con memoria.
Una delicia de lugar que os recomiendo fervientemente. El precio medio está entre 98 y 110 €.

I was so excited to visit my friend Yolanda Rojo at her restaurant, Pablo! Gourmet events and gatherings had always taken place outside of León, and my first tourist visit to the city couldn’t have ended on a better note than this visit.
Pablo is a high-quality restaurant with a wealth of expertise, featuring a brisk pace and a dining room superbly managed by her, all in step with the rhythm set by Juanjo Losada, her partner in the kitchen and in life.
Dishes steeped in history, with tradition in every bite and a sense of the region on the table, presented in a contemporary yet nostalgic style.
A delightful spot that I highly recommend. The average price ranges from 98 to 110 €.
