Despite its promotion of local and native products, it could use a few more deeply-rooted references on its menus, three varied and very well-priced proposals that meet expectations in terms of flavor and skillful preparation, but that are not surprising at all, nor do they risk any more than that which is merely correct on a culinary level.
Buena opción para comer a cualquier hora
Tres propuestas variadas y muy ajustadas de precio que cumplen con el requisito de sabor y buen hacer pero se alejan de sorprender o arriesgar mas allá de lo culinariamente correcto. Falta recorrido y apuesta pero se valora el esfuerzo y la lucha en una ciudad poco habituada a estas propuestas…¡a seguir adelante!

A good option for dining at any time of day
It needs more time and commitment, but the effort is still noteworthy, as is the struggle in a city that is unaccustomed to these types of offerings. Keep moving forward!!
