Gran descubrimiento el de Gresca Bar. Aunque el restaurante lleva más de una década funcionando, la ampliación del local ha permitido un espacio-barra con cocina mucho más informal pero deliciosa.
El mejor bikini de la ciudad, sin lugar a dudas, y una coca de anguila con encurtidos para llorar… Variedad de vinos naturales de la mano de un gran sumiller y una cocina llena de platillos tradicionales reinventados en exquisitos bocados que se degustan mejor en el pequeño pero acogedor local que propone Rafa Peña, el chef.
Una propuesta que os recomiendo fervientemente para sorprender una noche y «picar algo» con calidad y buen producto.

Gresca Bar was a great discovery. Even though the restaurant has been open for more than a decade, the expansion has added a bar area with a much more informal, yet still delicious, cuisine. The bikiniis the best in the city, without a doubt, and the eel coca (flatbread) with encurtidos(pickled vegetables) will make you cry. There are a variety of natural wines selected by a great sommelier and a kitchen stocked with reinvented, traditional dishes served in small portions and exquisite mouthfuls that are even better when enjoyed in the small, yet cozy place proposed by Rafa Peña, the chef. An offering that I would strongly recommend for a surprising night out and to “snack on something” of quality and made with good ingredients.
